Serbia and Russia have signed a protocol for conditions of a Russian loan for reconstructing parts of the Serbian railway system. According to Serbian Railways Director Milovan Marković, the realization of the loan will not come as soon as it was announced earlier.

An agreement on a loan worth USD 200mn will has been signed in Moscow today by Serbian and Russian officials. The figure is part of the Russian loan of about USD 1bn, and is to be used as support to Serbia’s budget.
