Fatmir Sejdiu says all political parties in Kosovo should urge voters to refrain from any kind of action that could jeopardize the electoral process. The Kosovo Albanian spoke about the local elections scheduled to be held in November after his meeting with Ramus Haradinaj, the leader of the opposition Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.

Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu says that Kosovo will soon be naming ambassadors for 18 countries. Sejdiu said that he saw no reason to state the names of the ambassadors until he received the go-ahead from the countries they were being sent to.

Kosovo President Fatmir Sejdiu says that the province has “demonstrated that it is a home for all citizens, regardless of ethnicity or religion”. In this annual address to the assembly in PriÅ¡tina, Sejdiu said that the institutions of Kosovo had “proven to the citizens and international community that they are a serious partner and that Kosovo is an important factor for peace and stability.â€
