An association of families of kidnapped and missing Kosovo Serbs has called on prosecutions and courts to react in the wake of the CoE resolution. “We expect all crimes to be investigated and criminals to meet their deserved punishment,” a statement from the association said.

K. Serbs in warning over license plates
The head of the Kosovska Mitrovica District and president of Serb municipalities in northern Kosovo met on Monday in Kosovska Mitrovica. They announced they would terminate all kinds of cooperation with the Kosovo police, KPS, if the police in the province kept seizing new Serbian vehicle registration plates.
Two Serbs arrested in Kosovo
Kosovo police (KPS) have arrested M.A. (23) and M.J. (24) in GraÄanica for endangering public safety.
Deputy Head of GraÄanica police station Rama Krueziu told GraÄanica Radio that the suspects had attempted to throw a hand grenade in a local disco club around 4:00 CET.

Man arrested for war crimes against Serbs
Swedish authorities have arrested Bosnian citizen Zemir KovaÄević who is suspected of war crimes against Serb civilians in 1992 in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Swedish prosecution did not release any details of the indictment.
Rich Arabs, Israelis bought Serbs’ organs
Serbian War Crimes Prosecution’s information shows that organs removed from civilians kidnapped in Kosovo were sent to rich countries, daily Politika reports.
According to the daily, the organs were delivered to Germany, Scandinavia, the U.S., Israel, Great Britain and other rich countries.

There were 37 Serbs in a prison in Tirana who were taken to a private property of then Albanian President Sali Berisha, a witness told daily VeÄernje novosti.
The woman, identified as Lj.K., told the daily about what she saw at the time she visited prisons while looking for Serbs kidnapped from Kosovo.
Two Serbs arrested in N. Kosovo
Kosovo police has announced that there were two incidents in connection with the election process in the town of Leposavić and that two Serbs were arrested.
About 40 Serbs gathered in front of a mobile polling station in Leposavić and protested against the elections in Kosovo, Radio Free Europe reported.
“Kosovo Serbs should follow govt. advice”
Ahead of elections organized by the Kosovo Albanian government in PriÅ¡tina, state officials are calling on Serbs to heed the government “advice”.
State Secretary for Kosovo and Metohija Oliver Ivanović stated on Friday that the life of Serbs in the southern Serbian province will continue to depend on Belgrade for a long time to come, and added that this is the reason why Kosovo Serbs need to give greater consideration to Serbian government’s instructions and suggestions.
NGOs encourage K. Serbs to vote

All for participation, except Belgrade
Three days are left until the Kosovo elections. Analysts predict that the turn out will be great, but there are no predictions on how many Serbs would vote.
Regardless of the Belgrade recommendation, the European Commission says that it is very important for Kosovo Serbs to participate in the elections.
“No pressure on voting K. Serbs”
Ministry for Kosovo State Secretary Oliver Ivanović stated late on Wednesday that Serbs who wish to vote in Kosovo are not pressured or threatened. The Kosovo Albanian authorities in Priština is organizing the election, scheduled for Dec. 12.
