Seagate’s New GoFlex Storage Units Open USB Upgrade Path

Personal computer-related storage always has had to follow advances in connectivity. When USB 2.0 came into play a few years ago on PCs and handheld devices, earlier external drives based on USB 1.0 were stuck without an easy upgrade path.
