Microsoft issued an official blog posting March 2 detailing its engineers thinking process behind the build of Internet Explorer 8, the latest version of its Web browser, and how it chooses to render certain Websites. According to the blog posting, some 19 percent of high-traffic Websites currently render in IE 8 standards.
